I’ve built most of my life by following the things I couldn’t fully explain yet.

In 2019, I had just graduated from business school in Montreal. I wanted to travel, learn to surf, build something of my own.
Instead, I took a job bringing meditation into schools.
That job opened the door to a completely different part of my life. I went deep into meditation, travelled to India to study with advanced teachers, and became fascinated by spirituality, psychology, and the inner world.
But after a while, I could see exactly how easy it would be to stay, and keep postponing the life I actually wanted.
The one-way ticket
When the program lost its funding, I booked a one-way ticket and went.
I started out housesitting and trying to figure out how to support myself online.
Over the next few years, I lived in Mexico, Guatemala, the UK, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Puerto Rico, gravitating toward little surf towns while experimenting with different ways to make money online.
Eventually I launched Suntouched and grew it into a seven-figure beauty brand.
What building it actually taught me
Building it taught me business.
Everything around it taught me something even more interesting:
how much of entrepreneurship has nothing to do with strategy.
- It’s about how much you trust yourself.
- How willing you are to be seen.
- What happens when something doesn’t work.
- Whether you can make a decision without certainty.
That became the work I wanted to do.
I trained as a spiritual and life purpose coach, and now I help founders turn ideas into businesses.
I care deeply about helping women create more freedom, income, and choice through work that feels like theirs.
And right now, writing is the next pull I’m following.
